EPC Crushing Plant Project Workflow

07 Aug , 2026

EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) is a comprehensive project delivery model widely adopted in the mining and aggregate industry. This article introduces the typical workflow of an EPC crushing plant project.

Phase 1: Site Survey & Feasibility Study

Our engineering team conducts thorough site investigation including geological survey, raw material sampling and testing, site topography mapping, and infrastructure assessment. This data forms the foundation for plant design.

Phase 2: Process Design & Engineering

Based on survey data, our engineers develop detailed process flow diagrams, equipment selection, plant layout, and civil engineering drawings. The design considers material flow optimization, dust control, noise reduction, and future expansion.

Phase 3: Equipment Manufacturing & Procurement

All equipment is manufactured in our 60,000㎡ facility under strict quality control. We also handle procurement of auxiliary components, electrical systems, and steel structures from certified suppliers.

Phase 4: Transportation & Installation

We coordinate logistics for equipment delivery and provide professional on-site installation teams. Our installation process follows international safety standards and includes foundation work, mechanical assembly, and electrical wiring.

Phase 5: Commissioning & Training

After installation, we conduct comprehensive system testing and optimization. Our team trains your operators on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols. We provide ongoing technical support after handover.
